A Message From Our Board President...

December 24, 2009

Dear NYICN Members,

This year the NYICN announced several significant changes in our organization. As we said goodbye to our long-time Executive Director, Lynda Manser, our Director of Communications and Social Engagement Angie Cross also stepped down from her position to return to school. During this time of transition, we have worked hard to ensure we are living up to our mission and have strong leadership to move us forward.

It is with great excitement that I announce to you that Yvonne Andrews, Director of Research and Education, has accepted the role of Interim Executive Director effective December 1, 2009. Yvonne has been involved in Networking for many years. Her experience and passion are invaluable to our organization.

Congratulations Yvonne! We look forward to an exciting new year as the NYICN celebrates its 25th birthday.

Regards,
Jessica McFarlane
President NYICN
